FEP not only has similar characteristics with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), but also has good processing properties of thermoplastic. FEP has excellent heat resistance, low friction, invisibility and lubricity, chemical corrosion resistance, thermal stability and electrical insulation. FEP is widely used in industrial departments such as electrical, electronic, chemical, aviation, machinery, rocket, missile, aerospace and other cutting-edge science and technology and national defence industry.

• Corrosion resistance - not affected by any strong acid, alkali, oxidant and almost all solvents

• Temperature resistance - operating temperature range (- 190-240^oc)

• Non sticky - the surface is smooth and transparent, and does not stick to any substance

• Flame retardancy - UL94 standard - (V-0)

• Friction resistance - 0.05
