Our current production capacity reaches 500,000 pairs and products range from bike soles, running shoe soles, basketball shoe soles and walking shoe soles etc. Our strength is our strong R&D ability and our experienced workers, including production manager, R&D head, QC department head etc all have been in carbon fiber product industry for over 20 years.

i. High Production Capacity

High Gain has 10 sets of compression moulding machines, 7 autoclaves, 4 sets of prepreg cutting machines and other related equipment. We have over 100 pax of workers being supervised by 8 production managers. Our monthly production volume is 500,000 pairs.

ii. Strict Quality Control Standard

High Gain follows 5S management that we have strict incoming material inspection, operating procedure, and thorough inspection for final products. Products will be selected randomly and go through a series of mechanical and strength test.

iii. Strong R&D Ability

R&D department has 8 people who are experienced and can work out and test a new model of product swiftly. In our record, we used only 2 months for a new product to launch, starting from design to mass production.
