How Stamping Works: Fast, Forceful & Precise

Material Feed: Metal coils or sheets are fed into the press.

Tool Engagement: The mold closes under high pressure (up to 2,500+ tons), forcing punches and dies to cut, bend, or shape the metal in milliseconds.

Part Ejection: Finished parts are ejected automatically. The cycle repeats rapidly – up to 1,500 strokes per minute.
