SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The HG-ST204 vacuum bag sealing tape can adhere securely to a variety of tool surfaces and film layers across a wide temperature range. It is well-suited for effective sealing during curing cycles in autoclaves and ovens. Additionally, it easily transitions from cold to warm temperatures after curing. The tool surface remains clean and appropriate for high-temperature curing (room temperature to 204 ℃).

STORAGE

The tape must be stored in a cool and dry place, away from rain, direct sunlight or heat source, and the stacking should not exceed 5 layers

NOTES

To achieve a clean removal, it is advisable to remove the tape from the mold surface after it has cooled to room temperature.

The maximum operating temperature depends on the duration at that temperature and varies based on the specific process. HG suggests conducting tests before use to determine suitability.
