Vacuum Sealant Tape for Composites

HG-ST204 vacuum bagging sealing tape has high surface adhesion to all kinds of vacuum bags and composite tools, with excellent pressure retention tightness. Suitable for cure applications up to 400°F (204°C).

HG-ST204 vacuum bagging sealing tape has a wide range of applicable temperatures, and can firmly adhere to various tool surfaces and film layers. It is suitable for curing in autoclave and oven has excellent sealing performance during curing cycle, and it is very easy to change from cold to warm after curing

The tool surface is clean and suitable for high temperature curing (room temperature~204 ℃).

2) Sealing between vacuum bag film and vacuum tool

3) RTM process

The tape must be stored in a cool and dry place, away from rain, direct sunlight or heat source, and the stacking should not exceed 5 layers

For clean removal, it is recommended to strip the tape from the mold surface once it has cooled down to room temperature.

The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process specific, HG recommends testing prior to use.
