This design ensures that the fabric's strength is predominantly in the warp direction, making it an ideal choice for reinforcement applications.

Though the term "unidirectional" suggests a singular orientation of fibers, our fabric actually incorporates both warp and weft fibers. The weft fibers, while sparse, serve to anchor the fabric and maintain its integrity. This construction preserves the superior tensile strength of the carbon fibers along the warp, which is particularly beneficial for reinforcement purposes. Consequently, our UD fabric, when combined with resin, is extensively utilized in the reinforcement of structures such as buildings and bridges.

Boasting a strength-to-weight ratio that surpasses steel by a factor of 7-10, with a mass only one-fifth that of steel, our carbon fiber cloth is characterized by its high strength, lightweight nature, and ease of construction. It offers advantages such as superior impregnation with resin, facile bubble removal, excellent workability, compact packaging, portability, and versatility in application.
