There is a thin polymer film on the surface of the carbon fiber hollow tube, and a thick polymer film is formed in this film, allowing the film to combine with polyester resin. In this structure, there is a connecting channel between the carbon fiber tube and the polyester resin tube. This connecting channel can combine plastic tubes with plastic materials. It is a new material that can be used in the manufacture of plastic tubes, rubber tubes, and steel tubes during the processing of polycarbonate resin. Since carbon fiber composite materials have good performance characteristics in plastics, they are called plastic fiber tubes. Due to its advantages such as heat resistance and strong corrosion resistance, it has been widely used at home and abroad. However, there is no unified standard for carbon fiber tubes in my country.
