Lightweight and high strength
The density of roll wrapping carbon fiber is only 1.5-2.0 g/cm³, which is 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum alloy, but its strength is much higher than steel and aluminum alloy, and its specific strength is 5 times that of steel and 3 times that of aluminum alloy.
Corrosion resistance
Wound carbon fiber has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of chemical media such as acid, alkali, and salt, and is suitable for long-term use in harsh environments.
High temperature resistance
Wound carbon fiber can still maintain good mechanical properties under high temperature environment, and its long-term use temperature can reach more than 200℃, and its short-term use temperature can reach more than 300℃.
Low expansion coefficient
The thermal expansion coefficient of wound carbon fiber is extremely low, only about 1/10 of that of metal, with good dimensional stability, and is suitable for the manufacture of high-precision instruments and equipment.
