Surface treatment

To achieve the highest strength, it is essential to thoroughly clean the bonding surface and remove any oil or rust using acetone or trichloroethylene. Alcohol, gasoline, or pine perfume should not be used for cleaning. Sandblasting or mechanical grinding can be employed to increase surface area and enhance bonding strength. Additionally, it is advisable to seek guidance from our company's technicians for chemically treated surface coatings.

Glue equipment

For large-area or automated production, there are corresponding mechanical equipment available and please consult our company's sales staff for equipment selection.

Materials on the skin

Wipe off the materials with a paper towel or facial tissue and then wash it off with warm water and non-alkaline soap. Do not use solvents to clean the skin to avoid allergies.

Spilled materials on the ground

Just use sand or sawdust to absorb the materials. You can also use industrial rags or industrial paper to wipe clean. Do not use solvents to pour on the ground and clean directly. There is a risk of fire.

First aid rules

In case of accidental splashing with resin, hardener, or their mixture, flush the affected area with an eye flusher for 10-15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention. If splashed on other parts of the skin, wipe with facial tissue, clean the area with warm water and detergent, and apply hand cream or lotion to maintain the skin. If feeling unwell, seek emergency medical assistance. Additionally, be mindful of potential burns and overheated steam when opening high-temperature ovens, and ensure suitable ventilation equipment is utilized to prevent work hazards and safeguard operator safety.
