The 3K twill glossy carbon fiber plate is made from Japanese Toray imported carbon fiber filaments and is typically created by layering multiple layers of carbon fiber prepreg under high temperature and pressure. The product boasts excellent overall performance, a smooth appearance, and is free from bubbles and other defects. It is resistant to high temperatures, acid and alkali, and atmospheric environmental corrosion. The product has high hardness, high impact strength, no creep, and features high modulus, low density, and a small linear expansion coefficient. The 3K twill glossy carbon fiber plate is commonly used in drones, decorative name cards, medical CT bed plates, X-ray grids, and rail transit components.
