Key Technical Capabilities

Extreme Thermal Range: Operates at temperatures up to 450°C, making it compatible with high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PPS, and PI.

Rapid Induction Heating: Utilizing electromagnetic induction, the system can reach target temperatures in as little as 20 minutes, significantly reducing cycle times for thermoplastic unidirectional (UD) prepregs.

Precision Pressure Control: Features a 25-segment intelligent pressure system with a control tolerance of +/-0.01MPa.

Superior Parallelism: Maintains a parallelism of up to +/-0.03mm, ensuring uniform thickness and structural integrity across the entire part.

Advanced Features & System Design

Intelligent PLC Control: Provides fully automated, multi-stage heating and pressurization cycles. The system stores comprehensive data for process analysis and full traceability.

Optimized Cooling: Equipped with a circulating water-cooling system using an oil-water separation heat exchange method, allowing for controlled cooling rates of 1–15°C/Min.

High-Quality Construction: Built with specialized Japanese high-temperature steel plates to withstand repeated thermal cycling without deformation.

Servo-Driven Hydraulics: The servo system provides faster, more accurate pressurization with automated fast/slow mold closing speeds.

Optional Vacuum Integration: Can be configured with a vacuum device to eliminate volatiles and porosity, drastically improving the quality of the final composite part.
