Compared with steel plates, the mass of carbon fiber plates is only 1/4 of that of steel plates, but the strength is 7-9 times that of steel, and the tensile strength and elastic modulus are stronger than steel.

The specific heat and conductivity are between non-metallic materials and metals, the thermal expansion coefficient is small (almost 0), and it has many characteristics. Carbon fiber composite materials are non-metallic materials and do not react with oxygen. And can withstand corrosion from chemical acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemicals.
