The Adhesive Teflon Film Tape, also known as adhesive Teflon (PTFE) glass fiber film, is manufactured using high-quality imported glass fiber woven material. The glass fiber cloth substrate is woven in a plain or satin weave pattern and then fully soaked, dipped, and coated with imported PTFE resin.

Key performance characteristics of Teflon tape:

1.Effective in withstanding temperatures ranging from -70 to 260°C, while also demonstrating resistance to weather and aging.

2.Non-adhesive nature prevents easy adherence to any substance and facilitates simple cleaning.

3.Resistant to chemical corrosion, including strong acids, alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents.

4.Shows excellent insulation performance with a low dielectric constant (2.6) and tangent below 0.0025; the black variant provides UV and anti-static properties.

5.Displays robust dimensional stability with an elongation coefficient of less than 0.005, as well as high strength and favorable mechanical characteristics.

Application range of Adhesive Teflon Film Tape:

1.Used as an anti-stick lining, gasket, covering cloth, and conveyor belt in various thicknesses for drying machines like conveyor belts, adhesive belts, and sealing belts.

2.Employed as welding cloth for welding and sealing plastic products; also used as a liner for plastic sheets, films, heat sealing, and pressing sheets.

3.Provides high electrical insulation and is utilized as a base for electrical insulation tape, spacer, gasket, and liner.

4.Applied as a microwave gasket, oven piece, and for food drying purposes.
