Teflon Film Sheet

Teflon Film Sheet, alternatively referred to as adhesive Teflon (PTFE) glass fiber film, is produced using premium imported glass fiber woven material. The glass fiber cloth substrate is woven in a plain or satin weave pattern and subsequently fully impregnated and coated with imported PTFE resin.

Key performance characteristics of Teflon tape:

1.Suitable for temperature resistance from -70 to 260°C, displaying weather and aging resistance.

2.Non-adhesive: Does not readily adhere to any substance and is easy to clean.

3.Resistant to chemical corrosion, including strong acids, alkalis, aqua regia, and various organic solvents.

4.Exhibits high insulation performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), and the black variant offers UV and anti-static properties.

5.Demonstrates good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 0.005) and high strength, with favorable mechanical characteristics.

Application range of Teflon Film Sheet:

1.Utilized as an anti-stick lining, gasket, covering cloth, and conveyor belt; available in different thicknesses for use in various drying machines such as conveyor belts, adhesive belts, and sealing belts.

2.Used as welding cloth for the welding and sealing of plastic products; also employed as a liner for plastic sheets, films, heat sealing, and pressing sheets.

3.Offers high electrical insulation and is used as an electrical insulation tape base, spacer, gasket, and liner.

4.Applied as a microwave gasket, oven piece, and for food drying purposes.
