Operation method:

After they are stuck together, tear off another layer of release film on the epoxy film composite. If necessary, the number of resin film layers can be increased. The working temperature is 20-30°C. If the working temperature is too low, can consider using a heat gun.
The minimum resin usage can be calculated as follows:

In order to discharge the bubbles before curing, it is advised to use a vacuum pressure of 0.2-0.5Mpa. If multilayer resin films are used, it can be rolled with a barbed roller to discharge the air.
The epoxy film can also be used together with the prepreg. The main consideration is the discharge of air bubbles. The appropriate pressure can fully infiltrate the fibers when the temperature is raised. The appearance of the finished product can be comparable to that of the autoclave.
●Curing:
HG-514E is generally cured at 150°C for 20 minutes or 130°C for 60 minutes. Two processes will occur after the mold is heated up:
■ The viscosity of the epoxy resin adhesive film will decrease with increasing temperature so the fabric is impregnated.
■ The epoxy resin cures as the temperature rises.
Therefore, there should be enough time to let the resin flow and fill the fabric thoroughly when it reaches solidification. Therefore, the following two temperatures need to be determined:
----Impregnation temperature. The impregnation temperature of HG-514E is about 80°C. The easier the resin flows at high temperature, but the time is relatively short.
----Curing temperature: the resin is cured at this temperature. In theory, the curing time and pressure should be referenced to complete curing.
But in fact, the epoxy film can also be cured at a lower temperature, and only need to increase the post-curing process. If the product fails to complete curing, the product strength will be relatively reduced.
●Storage temperature: 4°C 3 months ; -18°C 6 months
●Packing: double-sided release film; 1*100m/roll.
