Carbon fiber hex tubes are available in a variety of sizes and sizes, with a common outer diameter ranging from 10mm to 100mm and a wall thickness ranging from 1mm to 5mm. The length can be customized according to customer needs.

Production process
Carbon fiber hex tubes are mainly produced by the following two production processes:
Pultrusion: We pull carbon fiber prepreg through a heated mold. The heat hardens it into shape. This method is fast and perfect for making lots of tubes quickly.
Winding Molding: We wrap carbon fiber prepreg around a core mold, then heat it to set the shape. This works great for tubes with unusual or custom shapes.
