Comparatively speaking, the elastic modulus of vibration-molded products is small. The tensile strength of the final product is low in horizontal vibration, so vibration molding is not suitable for producing joint billets with high tensile strength. The content of ganking agent in vibration molding products is low, which is conducive to improving the volume density of products, but the density of vibration molding products is uneven along the height direction (vertical vibration) or along the radius direction (horizontal vibration).
