The manufacturing process has a significant effect on the strength of carbon fiber sheets. During pultrusion, the strength of carbon fiber filaments is reduced, and the degree of reduction is significant. The use of imported carbon fiber filaments and innovative molding techniques can significantly increase the strength of the sheet. From a strength and safety perspective, products made with imported filaments generally offer superior performance.
2. Quality Inspection
Evaluating the quality of carbon fiber panels involves both company self-inspection and third-party product testing. Even with high-quality imported filaments and molding processes, production defects can occur, making self-inspection critical for quality assurance.
Third-party quality testing provides an objective assessment of carbon fiber products. These tests are conducted impartially and produce reports that accurately reflect product performance. Third party test reports typically include conventional tests, safety evaluations and non-toxicity assessments. For maximum authority, reports issued by national testing agencies are generally the most persuasive.
