Aluminum wood grain panels
Aluminum honeycomb panels are generally made of 3003, 5005, and other models, and aluminum alloy with a low content of 1100 is rarely used. The decorative surface is sprayed or rolled, and the coating is polyester or fluorocarbon spray. It is best to use spray paint panels for exterior wall panels, and it is required to be coated more than three times, and the thickness of the paint film is ≥40μm to ensure the durability of the coating. The aluminum plate must undergo strict surface anodizing treatment before painting to ensure sufficient coating adhesion and bonding strength with the honeycomb core. The control panel coating should meet the requirements of the national standard YS/T429.2-2000.
Aluminum side panels
