How To Make The Model Shell Of Carbon Fiber Auto Parts?

1) Pretreatment steps: carbon fiber auto parts strands are braided into a certain structure, and then the braided carbon fiber auto parts materials are prepreged in resin;
2) Hot pressing curing step: the carbon fiber auto parts material prepreg resin is hot pressed and cured on the hot pressing machine to obtain the carbon fiber auto parts sheet. The hot pressing time is 10 ~ 20min, the hot pressing temperature is 80 ~ 160℃, the hot pressing pressure is 2 ~ 8MPa, and then the cooling mold is opened;
3) Processing: cutting and drilling carbon fiber auto parts into the required structure on CNC;
4) In-mold injection molding steps: first, the carbon fiber auto parts sheet is coated with a layer of hot melt adhesive, after baking and drying, the processed carbon fiber auto parts sheet is placed into the injection mold of the injection molding machine for injection molding to form the product;
5), surface treatment steps: the product surface oil spraying, grinding, printing and other appearance treatment.
