Aluminum honeycomb panels are usually coated with fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating. Fluorocarbon coating is widely used outdoors due to its good weather resistance and self-cleaning properties, and polyester coating is used indoors. Features

Production process

Making honeycomb core material

Honeycomb core material is an important component of honeycomb carbon fiber board. Its quality, structure, and performance directly affect the quality and performance of the entire honeycomb carbon fiber board.

Veneer

A layer of carbon fiber cloth is attached to both sides of the honeycomb core material. Carbon fiber material has the characteristics of high strength, high stiffness, and lightweight, which play an important role in improving the strength and stiffness of honeycomb carbon fiber boards.

Lamination

The honeycomb core material and carbon fiber cloth are alternately stacked, and the honeycomb core material is layered on the carbon fiber cloth. Then the stacked materials are put together in an oven for high-temperature hot pressing to make them very strong.

Cutting and forming

The plate treated with high temperature and hot pressing is cut and formed according to the required size to form the required honeycomb carbon fiber plate.
