On July 18, 2025, Zhongfu Shenying debuted a range of high-performance carbon fiber breakthroughs at its industry exchange event. These new materials spotlight the company's deep technical expertise while showcasing future applications for China's T800-grade carbon fiber in sectors like commercial aircraft manufacturing.

The company revealed its SYT59G-12K carbon fiber has cleared strict aviation standards and secured pre-approval from COMAC. With exceptional strength, stability, and surface compatibility, this material is actively supporting China's large-aircraft development.
Zhongfu Shenying also launched two industry-first products: SYT70/70G-12K, a T1100-grade fiber with 18.6% greater tensile strength and 9.8% higher stiffness than previous versions; and SYM55J/60J-6K, the world's first dry-jet-wet-spun ultra-high-stiffness carbon fiber. The latter's smooth texture and precision-friendly properties make it ideal for spacecraft components.
For wind energy and cable markets, three SYT45S/F/M-48K carbon fibers debuted-pioneering mass production techniques for large-tow materials. Meanwhile, SYT45T/49T-12K offers outstanding puncture resistance for solar panel parts and automotive brakes.
SYT49S-24K received pressure vessel certification (35MPa/70MPa), enabling hydrogen storage solutions for clean-energy vehicles. SYM50X/SYM55X product lines further establish Zhongfu Shenying as a global titan in high-strength, high-rigidity materials.
Thermoplastic carbon composites are gaining popularity as demand grows for lightweight yet strong materials. These alternatives to conventional thermosetting composites boast higher production efficiency and recyclability-positioning them as next-generation solutions across industries.
Zhongfu Shenying's new lineup underscores China's carbon fiber prowess, accelerating technological progress and sustainable development worldwide.
